Similar to metal fiber felt, Stainless Steel Fiber Sintered Felt is a kind of fiber net sintered by high temperature. It has high strength and still keeps a three-dimensional reticulated porous structure. The high porosity and bore diameters are distributed evenly, thus it can overcome the metal nets’ shortages of easy to block and be damaged; solves the filter paper’s problems of not resisting temperature and pressure. It is an ideal filter material and is widely used in the petrochemical industry and other industrial places.

Stainless steel fiber felt is made of extremely fine metal fibers (diameter accurate to microns) by non-woven laying, stacking and high temperature sintering. The stainless steel fiber felt is composed of layers of different pore sizes to form a three-dimensional porous structure, which has the characteristics of high porosity, large specific surface area, uniform pore size distribution, high dirt holding capacity and high filtration accuracy. Due to the above structure and characteristics, the stainless steel fiber felt can effectively make up for the weaknesses of the metal mesh being easily blocked and easily damaged, and it can make up for the fragility and small flow of powder filtration products.
