This product is a laboratory research-grade fuel cell single cell test fixture of the American standard, which can be used for standardized testing and performance evaluation of hydrogen-oxygen fuel cells and hydrogen-air fuel cells. The standard product has three types of electrode areas: 5 cm², 25 cm² and 50 cm², and adopts aluminum alloy end plate, copper gold-plated manifold, and graphite runner plate. The 5 cm² flow field is a serpentine single channel, the 25 cm² flow field is a serpentine three channel design and the 1250px2 flow field is parallel serpentine four channel design. Provides flat, uniform compression over the entire surface of the MEA tested. Options include test thermocouples, current cables, and electric heating belts. The air path conversion interface of the product is an imperial standard (can be customized as needed), matching the 850e workstation of Fuel Cell Technology in the United States, Taiwan Qunyi/Scribner in the United States, and other brand workstations please consult and confirm. The use of this product can obtain test results that are completely consistent with the introduction of the single cell test fixture imported from the United States.

3. Test Data

The red curve in the figure below represents the polarization curve data of a hydrogen-oxygen fuel cell obtained using this product, which is highly consistent with the data obtained using a Scribner cell fixture. Fuel cell testing conditions: 5 cm2 electrode area, 500 sccm hydrogen - 500 sccm oxygen, 1 standard atmosphere pressure, both the anode and the cathode are 0.1 mg/cm2 Pt/C catalyst, and Nafion NR211 proton exchange membrane.
