Youveim® Aluminum (Al) Foam

Aluminum Foam is a new type of structural functional materials with a variety of excellent properties. According to the pore structure, the aluminum foam can be divided into closed-cell aluminum foam and open-cell aluminum foam, the former each hole is not connected; the latter hole connected with each other.

Open-cell aluminum foam refers to aluminum foam with interconnected internal pores, with a pore size of 0.5-1.0mm, a porosity of 70-90%, and a porosity of 55-65%. Due to its metal characteristics and porous structure, through-hole aluminum foam has excellent sound absorption and fire resistance, and is dust-proof, environment-friendly and waterproof, and can be used as a noise reduction material for a long time under complex working conditions. Noise reduction coefficient NRC＞0.75, fire protection grade A1, and through-hole foamed aluminum with different flow resistance and through-hole aperture (through-hole ratio) can be customized.
