Product Description:
The Youveim® E260 PtRu/C - Titanium Fiber Paper Electrode features a platinum-ruthenium catalyst supported on carbon (PtRu/C) and deposited onto a titanium fiber paper substrate. This electrode is designed to optimize catalytic performance for electrochemical processes that involve carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning, such as methanol oxidation and hydrogen oxidation in fuel cells. The addition of ruthenium helps mitigate the deactivation of platinum in the presence of CO, while the titanium fiber paper provides robust mechanical support, electrical conductivity, and corrosion resistance.
Features:
